A little bit weird is good, it’s almost healthy to be a little weird because then you end up standing out from the crowd. Too much weird, and you might end up in a locked room. The fact that there is a very fine line separating the weird and the crazy in the following shows, is what makes them great.
It has become a tradition of sorts to assemble these types of lists every now and then, to have some clarity for the fall/winter and spring/summer TV schedule. This time, I have left things to the last minute and instead of predictions, I have already an idea what I will keep watching, what won’t make the cut, what I still might try out and what shows from the past are still relevant.
September as a whole was a difficult month. Last week was a bit better though, and now I feel like I’m getting back into my groove. If I’ve ever possessed such a thing as groove in the first place. But despite me feeling better, I still haven’t managed to drag my ass to the cinema, so shame on me!
Instead of posting twice last week, I surrendered myself to work and just gave up on trying to keep my eye on everything that was happening until today. For instance, the award season begun with nominations, new trailers came out and that thing I wanted forever to happen, finally did on Modern Family!
I don’t keep up with the Kardashians but I sure do like to stick to my traditions and here’s one that makes me the most happy: sharing what’s new on TV! When a new season on television begins, I’m on it by listing all the new upcoming shows in categories such as the good, the possibly good, the uncertain, the not interested and the bad. And every time I do this, the number of new shows is pretty decent with a total of 20 series premiering this fall.
