So we are back at it with the books but this time, I’m talking about book adaptations that have not yet happened. A warning though, this is a list mostly about fantasy books I really love. And I must clarify, when I mean movies, I probably mean movie franchises and when I mean movie franchises, I could also mean shows. But since I’ve done so many TV show posts already, I figured I should up my movie game for 10 For 10. Anyway, any adaptation of these 10 wonderful books would work. Thank you.
Before I start my Spinning Out review, here’s a bit of background information. One of my all time favourite romance novels is From Lukov With Love by Mariana Zapata. It tells a story of Jasmine, an ice skater who is suddenly given an opportunity to skate competitively again. The catch, she has to partner up with her enemy, Ivan, and learn to skate in pairs. I love this book and going into Spinning Out I hoped this show would bring part of that book on screen for me!
Look what we have here, another Commercial Break, and just a week after the previous one! Your girl is improving her blogging skills and getting used to the time management stuff. Though, still no reviews but I promise, I’m on a mission to get at least 5 written by next week!
It’s been another two weeks of summer since I last wrapped up my week. And I honestly can’t remember what I have been doing. There has been a lot of work and reading happening. I’ve also binged a show. But mostly, it’s just me suffering the heatwave that is happening here in Estonia. While counting the days until my vacation starts – this Friday!
Last week, right after I launched my very own blog address (if you haven’t yet updated my blog address on your blogrolls, please do, it’s mettelray.com now!), I took a small break. Despite that, I still posted on Thursday, as I always do, and shared a very special post on Saturday. During that, I had flashbacks to my 1000th post and honestly, still my most craziest post I’ve ever done! Anyway, here are my thoughts from last week.
Here comes one of the most important posts of the year, the reading wrap up of the entire year! 2017 for me was pretty great, considering I read 70 books and so many of those books were actually pretty darn good. I did have a few misses but not the worst year, considering I DNF’d only two books, one less than last year. There are a lot of YA romance novels and romance novels in this list because I was pushing myself to finish my reading challenge with easy reads all year. But without any further ado, find out which books I loved, which ones I didn’t and which I felt neutral about!
