It’s Friday, and I’m finally posting another Fictional Friday for you guys. I know I meant to make this into a weekly feature but I’ve been suffering under a reading slump. Which apparently is affecting my motivation to post literature-related content on my blog. This week I’m sharing a few recent book purchases, and reasons why I bought them.

There you have it, just a few books I recently bought, all of which I need to read. Needless to say, the reading part is not going as well as the buying part. Shame really, since I really love to read, but 2018 has proven to be a slow year for me – hoping to change the tides soon!

aww!! I’m so glad you trust my reviews haha! But yes, Autoboyography was amazing and I absolutely loved it! A must-read for me! Also, The Knife Of Never Letting Go was amazing and also read the sequel…but I still haven’t read the third installment and now I forget everything that happened…ugh.
Always!
I didn’t end up loving Autoboyography, but I really liked it! 🙂
Also I feel like I’m lucky I only read the first book of the Chaos Walking trilogy way back when, because it will be easier now to reread just one book and carry on from there. I definitely want to do it before the movie comes out.
Oooh I didn’t know Stiefvater had a new book out, will check out 😍
The cover is beautiful, I need to pick it up soon!
She also published a short story Opal, which I need to get to. 😀
